Health and Nutrition Counseling. . .

The core of my nutrition and health counseling focuses on working one-on-one with clients in highly individualized programs to help make real, lasting change in their lives.

During your initial, complimentary consultation we will discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. As we work together you will…

Group Counseling

I also work with small to medium-sized groups that meet twice a month in a supportive, community-building atmosphere. Group Programs include:

  • Two 90-minute sessions each month
  • Unlimited email access between sessions (with a 48-hour turn-around)
  • Handouts and other materials
  • Food samples and self-care products
  • A seasonal newsletter

Group Counseling Programs may also incorporate yoga classes, cooking demonstrations and grocery store tours, depending on each group’s needs.
